Stocks gain at closing
Dhaka, July 17 (UNB) –Prices of most shares on country’s both bourses, Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), gained on Tuesday.
The DSE benchmark index, DGEN gained 38.41 points or 0.96 percent to reach 40032.49 points at the closing of the day’s trading. Of the issues traded till then, 185 gained, 51 declined and 28 remained unchanged.
Meanwhile, the CSE key index, CSCX also gained 57.66 points to stand at 7752.86 points at closing today.
Of the issues traded till then, 101 gained, 55 declined and 27 remained unchanged.
