
Dhaka, Apr 10 (UNB) - A man was crushed under the wheels of a Kamalapur-bound passenger train near Moghbazar level crossing on Tuesday morning.
The identity of the deceased, aged about 32, could not be known immediately.
Alauddin, officer-in-charge of Kamalapur GRP (government railway police), told UNB that the fatal accident took place at 9-45 am on the railway track a few yards west of Moghbazar level crossing under Ramna Police Station.
A GRP team reached the spot from Kamalapur and was preparing an inquest report till filing of the report at 10-30 am.
The body will be sent to hospital for autopsy, Alauddin added.
